She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Louisiana Tech University and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Houston, Victoria. Her passion for creating environments where students and teachers thrive is evident in all that she does.

In her personal life, Erin is a proud mother of two children and is happily married. She is a firm believer in the importance of family and work-life balance and strives to instill these values in her students and colleagues alike.
