In his first summer supervising both Grounds and Maintenance, Burt went above and beyond to make sure our campuses were ready for a new school year. Whether tackling unexpected challenges, finding creative ways to complete projects in-house, or responding to campus needs, Burt’s answer is always, “How can we make it happen?”

His leadership, work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make a difference across Caldwell ISD every single day.

Our next Student of the Month is 𝗔𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲, a senior at Caldwell High School! 🧡

Aaron is a true servant leader who gives his time and talents to make the people and programs around him better. He serves as a drum major for the CHS Band and a head stage manager for Theatre, and he is known for being the person who steps in wherever he is needed — whether that means helping another student with music or marching, finding a uniform, arranging a ride or simply encouraging someone along the way.

His teachers have watched Aaron grow tremendously as a musician, a leader and a young man. This year, he’s even taking that leadership to Caldwell Junior High through his education practicum, helping teach band and theatre — and getting a firsthand look at a possible future in education!

Aaron’s commitment to others and willingness to go above and beyond make a difference at Caldwell ISD every day.

He was also selected to serve on the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council, where he helps represent his classmates and bring a student voice to district conversations.
